Join the fine folks at Thai Curry Simple (www.thaicurrysimple.com) for an exclusive seven-course pop up on Saturday, June 27 in the Chinatown/International District (CID).

The pop up will be held at the Bush Asia Center in the historical Bush Hotel with proceeds going to the senior meal program managed by the Seattle CID Preservation and Development Authority (www.scidpda.org).

Soup / Tom Sap 
Infused lemongrass broth with beef, mushroom, cilantro with a little hint of lime & chili

Salad / Som Tum
Greens from Jumanji Farm, shredded green papaya, cherry tomato, green bean, roasted peanut with spicy lime dressing

Appetizer / Hoi Ob
Steamed New Zealand Mussels with mixed herbs served with chili dipping sauce

Marinated prawn with glass noodles steamed in a clay pot

Mee Ka Ti
Pink vermicelli with tofu served over tamarind sauce
